How to Make FunPix on Slide

FunPix, brought to you by Slide, is an incredible photo editing tool that lets you add an extra element to all of your gorgeous shots. Follow our steps and you'll quickly have some great FunPix to share with friends.

Step 1. First, visit the Slide website and log into your account. If you don't have an account yet, you can sign up for one -- it only takes a few minutes.

Step 2. After your account opens, click on "My Slide" from the top menu bar. Then, when the page comes up, click on "FunPix" from the tabs on the screen. To begin, click on "Make a FunPix".

Step 3. Next, start the FunPix process. First, upload the photo that you want to use. You can do this by either selecting "Browse" and uploading a photo from your computer, or you can add a photo from your MySpace or PhotoBucket account.

Step 4. Now, you can begin editing your photo. Each of your options is outlined below.

Glittering text is cartoon-ish writing that will appear over the top of your photo. You have the option to select the font, the color, and what the text will say. You can also place a border and add a background color with your glittering text.

Stickers are pictures and objects that can be placed on top of your photo. This way, you can add fun things like little text boxes, buck teeth, stars, and hearts.

Posters frame your photo. A poster is a colored square with the text of your choice that goes around the outside of your photo.

The paint option lets you edit colors. You can use it to improve a bad portion of your photo or you can simply use it to add extra elements to your photo.

The effects option lets you change your photo to sepia, black and white, transparent, or window panes. Effects will make your photos stand out.

Giving your photo a theme will add elements similar to those in stickers. You'll be able to add butterflies, confetti, or even snow.

I think the skins option is the most fun. With skins you can make it look like your photo is on an old television screen, on an airplane, or even in the wilderness.

Step 5. Save your FunPix once you're happy with the result.
