Remember sitting around the projector in school and watching a slideshow? Think about all the times you've shared photos with friends and family. Did you send them all as attachments in an email? Did you send prints in the mail? Slide is a great tool for creating slideshows.

A slideshow is an exciting way to share photos. The show rotates through photos and shares the entire story with those who matter most. Creating a slideshow on Slide is incredibly simple. You'll be able to pull one together in just a few steps.

Step 1. Navigate to the Slide website and log into your account.

Step 2. Click on "My Slide" at the top of the page. The slideshow option will be the first to show on your page.

Step 3. Click on "Click Here to make your first Slideshow." You'll be asked to upload the photos that you want to appear in your new slideshow. You can either click on "Browse" and add photos from your computer's hard drive, or you can add photos from your PhotoBucket, MySpace, or Facebook account.

Step 4. After your photos are uploaded, it's time for you to select the elements that will personalize your slideshow. Each option is outlined below.

The styles element lets you select from different slideshow transition elements. Your photos can transition in puzzle form, sliding, collage, or even in news print.

The skins section adds fun frames to your photos and the themes add visual interest to your photos as overlays. The music/video option lets you add music to your slideshow.

The background tab gives you the option of adding a background color to the photos in the slideshow and the effects tab lets you change photos to black and white, sepia, and old film.

Step 5. Selecting the right options from the tabs turns your slideshow into a work of art . When all of your options are selected, click on "Save". Slideshows can be burned to a disc, or inserted into a MySpace, Facebook, or other networking site page.
