How to Create Photo Mugs on Shutterfly

Get started with Shutterfly

For a fabulous photo mug:

Step 1. Go to the Shutterfly website and log onto your account. If you need directions on how to create one, read our step-by-step article, "How to Set Up an Account on Shutterfly".

Step 2. From the top menu bar, select "Shutterfly Store."

Step 3. Once the "Shutterfly Store" appears, click on "Photo Gifts" from the left hand menu.

Step 4. Click on your first option -- "Mugs" -- to immediately begin your photo mug project.

Step 5. First, select the size and color of your photo mug, choosing from either an 11-ounce mug in black or white or a 15-ounce mug in white.

Step 6. When that's done, Shutterfly will direct you to your photo albums so you can browse through and select a picture for your photo mug. Then, click on "Next" on the top right hand side of the page.

Step 7. To modify your photo (if necessary), click on "Enhance/edit picture" or add a saying or phrase to your Shutterfly photo mug by clicking on "Add a caption." When finished, click on "Next" on the top right hand side to select recipients of your creation.

Step 8. Once you've decided who to ship the photo mug to, add it to your shopping cart.

In less time than it takes to brew a cup o'joe, you can have a gorgeous Shutterfly photo mug to make your morning coffee -- and those of friends and loved ones -- even more enjoyable.
